CRB Development

CRB Solutions is the trading name of Cash Registers (Buccleuch) Limited. We formed in 1963 to provide cash register solutions for POS at hospitality venues including hotels, clubs and licensed premises.


In 1993 we were invited to provide a solution to the stigma sometimes associated with the free school meal coupons in cash-based school restaurants. Our solution was a an online cashless catering system which removed cash transactions from the point of sale (POS) and enabled free school meal allowances to be allocated automatically and in privacy.


Today, we have over 1700 schools and over a million users across the UK. We design, build, install and support IMPACT and our 30 years long partnership with Cunninghams enables us to service every corner of the UK.
